Representation at the CCMA and Bargaining Council
The possible post-dismissal procedure of having to attend the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration and Bargaining Councils can be time-consuming and unpredictable. Our membership with the AHI Employer’s Organisation grants us an automatic right to represent our clients during Conciliation and Arbitration proceedings.
